$75 - $125, sliding scale. Tax deductible over $50. You pick the price!
THEATER ARTIST TICKETS
Are you a working theater artist? We recognize that Gala events sometimes price out the very people who help make the art. We want you to celebrate with us even if you can't support us financially! (And hopefully you'll still bid on the auction!)
- $30 below-cost ticket pays for dinner. You still enjoy the entertainment! You buy your own drink.
- $50 at-cost ticket is the actual cost of dinner, drink, entertainment and venue.
MINNEAPOLIS CIDER COMPANY
Minneapolis Cider is a craft cidery and taproom nestled in the Marcy Holmes neighborhood of Minneapolis, dedicated to making craft ciders from 100% real fruit.
In addition to cider, the drink menu includes wine, cocktails, cannabis-infused sparkling beverages, and nonalcoholic drinks.
SPIRIT KITCHEN
Enjoy an amazing dinner from Spirit Kitchen by NATIFS.
Spirit Kitchen employs pre-colonial Indigenous food systems, using only ingredients that are native to North America:
- Tacos (Homemade Nixtamal Tortillas)
- or Grain Bowl (Red Lake Wild Rice, Quinoa, Nixtamal)
with toppings:
- Bison Birria
- Smoked Lake Trout
- Pulled Turkey
- 3 Sisters (Nixtamal, beans, squash)
- Mushroom & Leek
with Salsa Roja, Salsa Verde, and picked vegetables
- Native Salad (local greens, Native seed mix, pickled acorn squash, bell pepper) with Maple Serrano
- Sun Cookie (sunflower seeds, maple syrup and a touch of salt)
North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems (NATIFS), a nonprofit organization founded by Chef Sean Sherman of The Sioux Chef, is dedicated to addressing the economic and health crises affecting Native communities by re-establishing Native foodways.
Spirit Kitchen is the restaurant of The Indigenous Food Lab, a training center covering all aspects of Indigenous food service: research and development, Indigenous food identification, gathering, cultivation, and preparation, and all components of starting and running a successful culinary business.
MORE ABOUT THE EVENT
All proceeds from this event will support Walking Shadow in making entertaining, thought-provoking, relevant theater. Specifically, donations will go directly towards production costs for our upcoming 2024-2025 season.
Walking Shadow is a 501c3 charitable organization (#20-2923433).
All ages welcome, though this is an event primarily intended for adults. Must be 21+ to drink! Certain auction items may only be bid on by those 21+.
