Standing Up 4 Nature Hastings and Rother invite you to.....
WALKING ON WATER
A celebration of water in Hastings! Come along to learn about and celebrate the sea, lakes, springs and hidden rivers and streams in your town
π With stalls from local groups and activities for all ages, this will be a fun day of learning and community
π¬ Dress up as a water creature (mermaids are very welcome!) and bring a banner, toy or scultpture of sealife to help raise awareness for the amazing nature living under the water.
πThe guided walks will make their way along hidden waterways in the town and meet at the Stade Hall at 12:00 for the fair

Walking the hidden waterways of Hastings
Info: Join us on a guided walk of a hidden waterway in Hastings!
Come dressed in your best water themed outfit (or comfy walking clothes!) and join a Water Sprite for a guided talk to explore the history and ecology of the incredible waterways hidden beneath Hastings.
We have 2 groups walking different waterways which will meet at the Stade for the fair: The Bourne (Old Hastings) and Ore Stream (Old Roar Gill β Alexandra Park β town centre). Maps will be distributed beforehand

Info: The Stade will be full of stalls from local water and nature groups with activities for all ages. Drop in to have some fun, meet new people and learn something new about the nature around you
