SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) is a FREE exercise and education program for older adults to increase and improve your strength and mobility through walking, stretching and movement exercises. Classes are led by RSVP Program through Volunteers of America. The class utilizes hand weights and resistance bands to work on upper body strength. Participants are encouraged to bring their own weights and bands. If needed, equipment can be borrowed from the park and will be sanitized before and after each class.
