‘Seeking stillness in motion’
This workshop is for you if:
• You want to learn about mindfulness and meditation in an accessible, beginner-friendly manner.
• You already practice meditation and want to refresh your personal practice.
• You are looking to deepen your sense of presence.
• You like the idea of meditation but feel that starting with a cushion is a big step.
• You would like to learn how to appreciate well-being and take care of the present moment.
✨ Guided by two experienced instructors, this workshop provides a safe and supportive environment for everyone. In this 2.5-hour session, we will share various tools for practicing mindfulness in both movement and stillness that you can easily incorporate into your everyday life.
🏠 Organized in collaboration with Honigseele Studio, the workshop will include several indoor practices, such as mindful movement and slow walking meditation. We’ll close the event with a guided sitting meditation and a sharing circle, creating a space for reflection and feedback.
