Welcome to Walking Football! ⚽️Walking football is a wonderful, low-threshold team sport.
The most important thing in walking football is the sense of belonging, being together, and having a great time! The main purpose of the sport is to give those for whom running and high-impact sports are not suitable a chance to take part in a team ball sport.
The rules of the sport have been developed so that as many people as possible can take part. Walking football does not allow running, forceful tackling, nor is the ball allowed to be kicked above head height. This makes the sport an easily accessible and great form of exercise.
Everyone is welcome to the game of walking football!

We will meet at the main gate of Lapinlahden Lähde and figure out the best area of the park to play in together.
