Join us for a thoughtfully curated community gathering highlighting local, diverse experts who support individuals and families through aging, end-of-life, after-death care, and grief.

Aging and end-of-life transitions are complex and deeply vulnerable times. Having trusted people, knowledge, and resources at your fingertips can make a profound and meaningful difference for everyone involved. This free event is designed to educate, connect, and empower community members by bringing compassionate care providers together in one sacred space.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from and connect with professionals across the continuum of care, including grief support, hospice, death with dignity, end-of-life doulas, celebration-of-life planning, and more. A full agenda is coming soon.

The event will be held at Wilhelm’s Funeral Home, where we will intentionally create a sacred and welcoming environment — including a guided tour of the historic and truly magical mausoleum.

Info: We offer a path to an easeful transition through compassionate presence, logistical support and care coordination for those at end of life with a special focus on clients who wish to pursue a death through medical aid in dying in Oregon.

Info: I offer 1:1 Grief Coaching/Education for individuals seeking grief integration. I have an online Grief Literacy course for teachers, parents, and caregivers which provides practical and doable guidance for supporting children in daily and life-changing grief.

Info: We offer advanced natural therapy facilitation for people facing end of life distress/anxiety around a new diagnosis.

Info: I facilitate ancestral medicine sessions which can help people connect and engage in healing with and repair for their ancestors. This can bring in more ease when facing end-of-life. These practices do not require a specific religious or cultural set of beliefs, and do not require significant knowledge about one's ancestors

Info: 15-minutes to explore tables, talk individually with presenters, and learn more about their offerings.

Info: We offer personalized concerts for individuals with a terminal diagnosis. We fulfill last musical wishes in private homes or facilities.

Info: We offer end of life care, support, and advocacy. From planning to bedside care and post death rituals.

Info: Provides personal support and information regarding Death with Dignity (DWD) and other legal end of life options to Oregonians facing end of life decisions, to the medical community and to the public.

Info: A brief yet informative tour of the most historic portions of our beautiful mausoleum. We'll walk down and under the chapel, and wander vast hallways containing the first crypts and niches built at Wilhelm's Portland Memorial Mausoleum, admiring the original stained glass works and incredible artistry along the way.
