Walkie Talkies: Talk & Walk sessions for pregnant and new parents - March

• Wednesday 11th March - Impulse Leisure - Belhus Park Golf and Country Club, Belhus Park, South Ockendon, Essex RM15 4PX. Meet in the car park from 9.45am, as the walk leaves promptly at 10.00am.
• Wednesday 18th March - Coalhouse Fort Park, Princess Margaret Rd, East Tilbury, Tilbury, Essex RM18 8PB. Meet in the car park from 9.45am, as the walk leaves promptly at 10.00am.
• Wednesday 25th March - Blackshots Leisure Centre - Impulse Leisure, Blackshots Lane, Grays, Essex, RM16 2JU. Meet in the car park from 9.45am, as the walk leaves promptly at 10.00am.

Join our peer supporters - Nicola, Sarah and Stacey - for our relaxed walk and talk sessions in Thurrock. These sessions are designed for both pregnant and new mums.

What to expect from Walkie Talkies:

• 1-hour walk around the park
• Exercise in the fresh air
• We walk at a gentle pace so we can chat at the same time!
• Meet other mums or mums-to-be from your area
• Different location around Thurrock each time
• An optional drink and chat in the cafe at the end of the session

VENUE ACCESSIBILITY & THINGS TO KNOW

• Buggy friendly (we try to walk on well-maintained paths and on even ground)
• Unfortunately, not all our venues are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Please get in touch with us in advance if you would like to join and need wheelchair access, and we can let you know which venues are suitable.
• We ask that babies are either in a sling or buggy for the duration of the walk.
• These sessions are weather dependant so may need to be cancelled at short notice. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible should that happen.
• We love dogs, but to make sure everyone feels comfortable on our walks, we kindly ask that you leave them at home. Thank you for your understanding.
