It’s time for Walkerthon!Location: William Walker Elementary – Upper Field
Time: During the school day (class run times included in your student's fundraising packet)
Walkerthon is our school’s most important fundraiser, and it helps fund so many incredible opportunities for our students and staff, including:
🎨 Art Literacy
📚 Oregon Battle of the Books (OBOB)
🧪 Mystery Science curriculum
🚌 Field trips
🎉 Field Day
💡 Teacher discretionary funds & PTC grants
🌍 Multicultural Night
❤️ The Kindness Fund
👉 How It Works:
Students collect donations using their Walkerthon fundraising packets.
On event day, students will run/walk laps with their classmates!
Each student who turns in their fundraising envelope by Walkerthon will be entered in a classroom raffle.
The top fundraising class in each grade wins a classroom party
💪 How You Can Help:
Remind your student to bring back their Walkerthon packet by event day.
Volunteer! Sign-ups are available in ParentSquare (all volunteers must be Raptor-approved).
Walkerthon isn’t just a fundraiser, it’s a day full of school spirit, fun, and community support. Let’s make this our best year yet!
