Dr. Symonds is back with some great health information for our public Walk With a Doc group. He will talk with participant for 5-10 minute about a random wellness topic of his choice and then participants will have an opportunity to chat with Doc while walking.All participants will choose their own time and distance. No membership necessary. We hope you can join us. Feel free to bring the kids and a friend.
We will meet on the sidewalk North of the hospital near the bench.
