Join us every second Saturday of the month at Balboa Park for Walk with a Doc! Led by a Sharp Rees-Stealy doctor, these one-hour walks are free and open to anyone in the community.
• Meet at Sixth Ave and Quince St.
• Walk at your own pace.
• Bring water and wear comfy shoes.
• Friends, family and four-legged friends are welcome!
• No registration required. Please sign the waiver before your first walk.

What is Walk with a Doc?
Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. You’ll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a health care professional, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation. It’s a great way to get out, get active, make new friends and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking.
