Mall Walkers in Partnership with Boss Lady Fitness – Walk With Ease
Tuesday, June 16th
We’re excited to partner with Boss Lady Fitness for the Walk With Ease program — a nationally recognized walking program created by the Arthritis Foundation. Senior Fitness Wit Toi, which operates out of Boss Lady Fitness Tuesday through Thursday, offers certified walking coaches who support participants.
Beginning June 16, Stony Point will partner with Walk With Ease every 3rd Tuesday of the month — bringing added community wellness experiences to Boss Lady Fitness’s existing weekly walking program held Tuesday–Thursday. Guests can enjoy things like complimentary coffee, blood pressure screenings, giveaways, and more while building movement, connection, and healthy habits together.
The walk includes a warm-up, cool-down, and reflection time at the end of each session. The program is self-directed and self-paced, with plenty of encouragement and support from the walking coaches along the way.
