El Cajon Collaborative formed a team called the El Cajon Collaborators Fighting ALZ for the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Our Collaborative is a community coalition of over eighty social service agencies, healthcare providers, educational institutes, school districts, faith-based organizations and local residents. Our mission is to leverage resources, identify gaps in services, and advocate for new programs in East County to serve our community.
