Join a friendly group of ladies to try out this amazing sport to see if it’s for you! You just need a pair of trainers and comfy clothes to take part.
This free taster session takes place at Soccer World on Rome Street in Carlisle. This is a great chance to meet new friends, try a new sport and try something different to walk. On Fridays they also have a session at 5-6pm for £6 which can be booked through their Facebook page.
