Join us every Tuesday at 10am for Walk, Talk, Repeat! a friendly group walk that boosts both body and mind!
It’s a great way to get moving, meet new people, and enjoy a supportive space for conversation and connection. It is free and open to all ages and abilities
We walk for 1 hour or less and return to jigsaw cafe for a social hour and a cuppa.
