Walk Talk Kernow is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice Care. Whilst walking in nature, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connection with others.
Join us for our walk at Boscawen Park, Truro at 10am. We will meet in the main carpark next to the Scout hut. We will stroll (an amble NOT a ramble) along the river walk, through the park, round the duck pond coming out at the café.
The walk will be approximately a mile and due to the terrain is not suitable for wheelchairs. Please wear suitable footwear. Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome.
Please ensure you are fit and healthy on the day as you will be asked to sign on our registration form to this effect.
** During the summer months it is important to stay hydrated, please bring along adequate drinks for this reason **
Please note: Parking is free, if the car park is full there is plenty of roadside parking.
