Join us for a relaxed Walk & Talk at beautiful Lake Hamilton – a gentle morning stroll with time to chat, connect, and let the babies and kids explore.
We’ll meet at 10.30am at the Lakes Edge Adventure Playground. We’ll decide the pace and distance on the day – or we might just stop, chat, and let the little ones (and the big ones) enjoy the fresh air.
After the walk, feel free to stay and play at the playground – a great chance for the kids to burn off energy while the grown-ups keep chatting.
Bring your pram, carrier, coffee, snacks, scooters or bikes – whatever works for you - no animals please.
Expectant parents, mums, dads, support people and health professionals – all are welcome, no matter how you’re feeding your baby or where you’re at in your parenting journey.
