About this Event
The tide times are favourable for a walk on Holy Island, away from the main settlement to look at the expansive beaches. The marshes and dunes at the Snook are very rich botanically; recently a new illustrated book Plants of Holy Island was published by Chris and Hazel Metherell.
Our walk will be no more than a couple of hours but as the tide access times are 10.20am until 6pm there will be time to explore further on the island. Please note you should check tide times yourself nearer the time and leave with pleanty of leeway to get back to the mainland. Please note this event may be subject to variation due to tide effects.
