Bethany Church invites you to a unique Christmas experience. The Christmas Walk of Wonder is an outdoor journey through thousands of Christmas lights and a fanciful forest of themed Christmas trees telling the story of Jesus’ birth. A live animal nativity will bring Bethlehem to Ellicott City as attendees enjoy a live concert featuring Bethany Choirs, Student Bands, and Children’s Choir. Our synthetic ice rink will be open for skating and concessions will be available with warm snacks and treats. The event also features a Winter Playzone with a giant inflatable slide, moon bounce, winter games, and more. New this year is our Fireside Patio featuring firepits for making smores and conversation, a selfie station, and cornhole games.

If you select no for our photo release upon checkout, please let our check-in attendees know when you arrive for the event.
Due to high attendance numbers and limited onsite parking, we request guests use our free satellite parking and shuttle at Mt. Hebron High School. School buses will shuttle attendees from the Mt. Hebron High School student parking lot to Bethany Church for the Walk of Wonder. The shuttles will run from 4:45p - 8:00pm. Those with handicap parking needs are welcome to park on our property at 3030 Bethany Lane. Organizations transporting groups of 10 or more may also park on the church lot. Thank you for helping us manage traffic and respect our neighbors during this season of goodwill.

UPON ARRIVAL, PARK YOUR CAR AND PROCEED TO THE SHUTTLE PARKING TENT, SCHOOL BUSES WILL BRING ATTENDEES TO THE WALK OF WONDER AT THE CHURCH. THE SHUTTLE WILL RUN BACK AND FORTH ROUGHLY EVERY 15 MINS.
