If you are looking to make some new friends and get a bit fitter at the same time then this is the class for you. We meet at the Community Garden at Barshaw Park (Opposite the Peace Garden). Class involves walking, toning exercises , strength and balance. We finish at the community garden and enjoy a cuppa and a chat. Class is £5 payable on the day
