We start with a walk, enjoy meaningful conversation, and finish with coffee to top off the morning. It is about movement, connection, and community.
Open to all women in the area who are experiencing peri-menopause or menopause and are open to trying alternative remedies to help ease the discomforts while connecting with others on the same journey.
