Ages 7–12 are invited to discover how engineers design amazing things by learning from nature. Participants will walk with bio-inspired engineering experts from Texas A&M and nature educators while exploring a new topic each month through thinking activities and hands-on exploration.Classes will be held Sunday, Feb. 15, March 22, and April 19 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Gary Halter Nature Center.
Participants should dress for the outdoors and wear closed-toe shoes. In extreme temperatures or inclement weather, activities will move indoors.
The cost is $5 for residents and $6 for non-residents.
