A little more about being a community support program provider
Community Support Providers coordinate and provide services for adults diagnosed with a mental illness. Services may include providing ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services), MH-TCM (Mental Health Targeted Case Management), or a combination of both. This position will work closely with all community support services to help clients live more successfully and independently in the community.
