About this Event
💧 Walk for Water – Oldham 2026 💧
Millions of children around the world walk miles every day just to collect water for their families. Through Walk for Water, our children and communities will walk in solidarity with them — helping raise awareness of the global water crisis while supporting those still living without reliable access to clean water. 🌍
Join Minhaj Sisters UK for a meaningful community walk inspired by compassion, reflection, and service. We walk in remembrance of the thirst endured by Imam Hussain’s (RA) blessed family on the plains of Karbala, whilst also standing with those across the world who continue to suffer from water poverty today.
This family-friendly event is open to all ages and is a chance to come together as a community for an important cause. Every step taken will help support the Water for All campaign by Minhaj Welfare Foundation, providing clean and safe water to vulnerable communities worldwide. 💙
