👟 All fitness levels welcome – come as you are.
We’re heading into the woods this time for 90 minutes of good movement, fresh air, and full-body feel-good energy. Think: a 3K-ish power walk through Oxfordshire woodland with toning stops and optional kit to spice it up.
We’ll bring resistance bands, ankle weights, and dumbbells for anyone who wants to use them — but you don’t need to bring or use anything. Just yourself, comfy training shoes, and maybe a bottle of water.
It’s movement, not madness. And you’ll feel great after.
* What to Expect:
Power walk + bodyweight toning in nature
Optional kit: resistance bands, leg weights & light dumbbells (we’ll have some to share)
Friendly, relaxed vibe – all levels welcome
Confidence & a mind and body reset before the new week
