I’m Vish an electrician by trade and the founder of Onward Shift.

I host monthly Walk & Talk sessions in Colchester to bring people in construction together. To connect, clear their heads and have real conversations. No pressure. No awkward networking. Just a walk and a talk.

What to expect:

• A relaxed group walk (around 1 hour)
• A chance to meet others in construction
• Space to talk or just listen
• Fresh air, movement and a break from the day

Where & When:

• Location: Salary Brook entrance, Bromley Road, Colchester (by the entrance sign)
• Time: 7:00 PM
• When: First Wednesday of every month
• Duration: Around 1 hour

Routes:

• In winter, we stick to well-lit public roads.
• In lighter months, we explore more scenic routes like Welsh Woods and Salary Brooks.
• All walks start and finish at the same meeting point.
