Most of our routes are child & pram friendly, allowing you to bring your little ones along for the fun. Whether you decide to wear them in a sling, let them run along beside you or enjoy the route from the pushchair - we know how hard it can be finding suitable paths to explore.

Our Walk & Talk locations will take us to different locations around the county, allowing you to pick and choose when and where you join us. Community
Our Walk & Talk events encourage everyone out the house. Partners, Grandparents, Carers are welcomed to join with you. So come along for a stroll, have a chat and make some new friends
