Join the Walk and Talk annual fundraising walk to support men's mental and physical health in Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas. All proceeds benefit the Walk and Talk for MENtal Health charity, promoting well-being and connection for Men.
Walk and Talk was founded in 2022 to create a supportive space for men in Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas, where they could connect, walk, and talk. What started as just two men walking together has grown into a vibrant community with nearly 80 members. In 2024, we proudly achieved charitable status, allowing us to further expand our reach and support.
Our goal is simple but impactful: to provide a healthy, open environment for men to build confidence, share their challenges, and find support. We've organised various events, including men's retreats, breathwork sessions, yoga, exercise, and, of course, our signature walks. These activities are designed to foster a sense of community and help members address challenges they face, from fitness to mental well-being, relationship issues, and breaking bad habits.
We've seen incredible transformations in the lives of our members. Walk and Talk for MENtal Health offers more than just a place to “get by” in life - it’s a springboard to a more fulfilling and connected life.
