Walk a Mile in Her Shoes® is not your average walk—this is a chance to step up stand out and strut your stuff in support of women and children fleeing violence.
Inspired by the old saying “You can’t really understand someone until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes” this event invites men women and people of all genders to slip on a pair of (yes—red!) high heels and walk together to spark conversation raise awareness and show survivors they’re not alone.
Whether you rock the heels or cheer from the sidelines you’ll be helping to break the silence around domestic violence and build a safer community—one step at a time.
