About this Event
Ladies will be placed into small, intimate groups seated comfortably on the floor with cozy rugs, pillows, and throw blankets in a soft, candle-lit atmosphere designed to create warmth, peace, and emotional safety. This is a women’s empowerment and healing experience created to help you reconnect with your strength and reclaim your power from any pain, trials, or tribulations you’ve faced.
This evening is about release, reflection, and renewal. You will be surrounded by women who understand, in a space where you can speak freely without judgment. Privacy, comfort, and healing are at the heart of this experience.
Through guided conversation, journaling, and our signature Exhale ritual, you’ll be given the opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and make space for peace, clarity, and self-love.
