Join us for our annual sponsored walk to support our dogs and enjoy a refreshing day out in the beautiful nature reserve! You can choose between a 5km or 10km route, making it suitable for walkers of all levels. Every finisher will receive a special medal to commemorate their achievement. Plus, if you raise over £100, you'll earn a free SDR teddy as a token of our gratitude. It's a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow dog lovers, enjoy the great outdoors, and make a meaningful contribution to our furry friends. When: 29 March 2026 - registration starts at 10.00am, walking starts at 10.30am. 10am if walking one of our dogs.

Can I walk one of your dogs: Yes, subject to availability of suitable dogs. We cannot guarantee a dog will be available as there may be instances that a dog has found a home or is not walking due to medical procedures etc, but will try our best to find a suitable one.
How much is it to join: It is free!!
