Come join us for a delightful afternoon of learning and tasting at our Wagashi and Matcha Workshop! Held at C-SPACE Berlin gGmbH, this in-person event will immerse you in the art of creating traditional Japanese sweets and preparing the perfect cup of matcha. Wagashi is Japanese traditional vegan sweets After a short lecture about Wagashi, we make one kind of Wagashi, Rakugan, typical traditional sweets for a tea ceremony, and eat with self whisked Matcha.

We make hot matcha together and I demonstrate iced matcha making.Matcha we use is one of the most luxurious organic Uji Matcha in EU market. You learn how to prepare hot and iced Matcha and have a chance to taste the high end quality Matcha with your handmade Wagashi.

• one Matcha bowl or something similar (Müesli bowl) like the cover photo
• Matcha whisk (Chasen), if you have. I bring some and you could share these, too.
