They are a small building materials store, located in Lacy Lakeview, and have been in business for 27 years. It is time for them to retire so they are liquidating all inventory, December 30th is their last day and they want to go out with a big bang. They need to sell everything because they can't take it with me so; they are slashing prices. Light fixtures starting at $1, faucets starting at $2, paneling at $3, all wood cabinets starting at $10 and so on. They are going to be cooking burgers and dogs for customers!
