Join us for a sunset beach meditation on Monday as we jump into the spring and summer season, enjoying the evening outdoors and connecting with our bodies and nature.
These meditations will incoporate light movement to help you access the wisdom within you, and the guided meditation is aimed to assist with healing, visualization, creativity, vitality, and more!
