- Honey bee biology, health, and behavior
- Beekeeping equipment and hive installation
- Hive care and maintenance
- Honey harvesting
- Beekeeping resources, rules, and regulations

Registration is $25 per participant. This class is open to all ages. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note there are no live hive demonstrations included in this class.
