In-depth and Informed Reformer WorkshopBlossom will share extensive Reformer repertoire drawn from her nearly 30 years of experience in the Pilates Method, dance and movement. Blossom will impart an in-depth look at Reformer exercise variations, instilling the precision and application of the Reformer repertoire that has been informed by her unparalleled experience working with Pilates elder Kathy Grant, her training under Romana Kryszanowska, as well as her own long history in dance, movement and additional lineages of Pilates.
Blossom is an open thinking and reasoning teacher who applies an understanding of more contemporary science-based considerations to her work, with applications for all manner of clients and environments, along with a healthy dose of fun! This will be a highly practical workshop.
