As part of this year’s Team Carnival: Canada Goes for Gold celebration, we’re lighting up the winter sky with true northern pride and community warmth.Hot air balloons, will transform the night into a breathtaking display of colour and light, a celebration as bright and bold as Canada itself. Get up close for photos, meet the pilots, and feel the glow of this unforgettable experience.

Admission is by donation in support of Vernon Winter Carnival Society.
Please note: This event is weather dependent. Balloons can only glow for a limited time due to fuel consumption and are always weather dependent. To ensure you get a chance to see the balloons we encourage guests to come at the start of the event at 4pm - balloons will glow sometime between 4pm-6pm weather permitting.
