Join us as the sun sets at London Southend Airport on Saturday 16th May for our 2025 Vulcan Twilight Taxi-Run.Our exclusive visitors enclosure gives uninterrupted views across the airport, ideal for the Vulcan enthusiast and photographers.
XL426 will carry out two taxi-runs, the second pass at high-speed, as the sun dips below the horizon. The Vulcan will then taxi back to shut down engines in front of the enclosure.
Arrive from 5:30pm to soak up the atmosphere, view our displays and exhibits and watch XL426 being prepared for the evening's event.
The taxi-run will start at approximately 7.45 pm, although this is subject to change.
Teas and coffees will be on sale throughout the evening and there will be a licensed bar.
Tickets are priced £50.00 for adults and £16.00 for under-16s. Booking fees apply.
Vulcan Restoration Trust Members are entitled to reduced-price Adult admission of £25.00 (Individual Members may purchase one reduced-price ticket and Family Members may purchase two.)

Children under the age of 6 cannot be admitted, sorry. Under-16s must have a ticket and must be accompanied by an Adult ticket holder.
