Tijdens de 𝗩𝗿𝗶𝗷𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻 presenteren we 9 weken lang een programma rond één of meerdere kunstenaars, een collectief of organisatie.
Tijdens de laatste Vrijdagavond van dit seizoen organiseren we een avond in het kader van het Eye On Palestine Festival. We openen een groepstentoonstelling van Palestijnse kunstenaars, waaronder Hala Alnaji en Alaa Mahdi Kudaih. In onze cinemazaal vindt een gesprek plaats over het boek Between Reality and Documentary van Shahd Abusalama, in aanwezigheid van de auteur.

During 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, we present a 9-week programme around one or more artists, a collective or organisation.
For the final Friday Evening of the season, we are hosting an event as part of the Eye On Palestine Festival. We will be opening a group exhibition featuring Palestinian artists, including Hala Alnaji and Alaa Mahdi Kudaih. In our cinema, a discussion will take place regarding the book Between Reality and Documentary by Shahd Abusalama, with the author in attendance.

Tijdens de Vrijdagavonden presenteren we 9 weken lang een programma rond één of meerdere kunstenaars, een collectief of organisatie. We bieden lokale partners een platform. En we stellen kunstenaars centraal waar Kunsthal Gent momenteel mee samenwerkt. Iedere vrijdagavond is anders: van talks en filmvertoningen tot gesprekken, queer readings en manifesten.

During Friday Evenings, we present a 9-week programme around one or more artists, a collective or organisation. We offer local partners a platform. And we highlight artists with whom Kunsthal Gent is currently collaborating. Every Friday night is different: from talks and science fiction to lectures and book presentations.
