Le Chemin des Artistes is launching a new project, “Musical Journeys Around the World”, coordinated by Maiko Inoué, artistic director of the Jodoigne Festival, and her friend Nozomi Kanda, flutist and shinobue player.The first concert of the series will be a musical journey to Japan, taking place at the Musical Instruments Museum (MIM) in Brussels, on Sunday, April 13 at 2 PM.
Discover the beauty and richness of Japanese music through this unique concert blending traditional, folk, and contemporary styles.
The program will showcase the talent of four exceptional musicians, each bringing their expertise and passion to the stage:
• Nozomi Kanda on shinobue
• Hideaki Tsuji on shamisen
• Nori Kajio on taiko
• Maiko Inoue on piano.
