🌲🌳 DEEP ROOTS: An Ecstatic Dance Journey 🌲🌳Drop in. Slow down. Come home to your body.
This April, we gather on the dance floor to reconnect with what holds us: the earth beneath our feet, the breath in our body, the steady rhythm of being alive.
We begin with Sonic Shake warm-up led by Wren… rooting into gravity, into presence, into the wisdom of the body. From there, through the ecstatic wave with Ankati Day, we rise, building heat, expression, and aliveness , growing wild, connected, and free.
The night concludes with Ankati's soundbath.

🌿 Our Covid & health policy: if you have any flu like symptoms or test positive for Covid please stay home. Testing for Covid before the event is encouraged, but not required. Anyone is welcome to wear a mask during the dance or use our "dance alone" wristband available at the front desk. Thank you for your cooperation .
