Voodoo Child is an Italian-American blues rock band formed in Italy in 2018. The group consists of guitarist Matteo Amadei, singer&pianist Tamar Iberri and drummer Jeff Bruce.Formed by professional members, they are widely considered to be very faithful and efficient in livening up the Hippie and Woodstock musical era on the stage.
Some of Voodoo Child's influences include Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Doors, John Mayall, Paul Butterfield, Mountain, Rolling Stones etc.
The mix of improvisation and Funky elements are evident in their playing. It is a rendition rather than a well structured cover and that means that during the performance the audience can enjoy the pure vintage and original sound of '60-'70's mixed with the individual touch and creativity, as well as the artistry of each member.
