Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the 12th Annual All Disabilities Festival. This signature community event brings together individuals of all abilities, families, service providers, artists, and community leaders for a day of inclusion, connection, and celebration.
As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping create a welcoming, accessible, and joyful experience for thousands of attendees. Volunteers support many areas of the festival and are essential to the success of this event.
What to Expect
- A high-energy, inclusive outdoor festival environment
- Diverse attendees of all ages and abilities
- Clear instructions, on-site leadership, and team support
- Assigned volunteer roles based on interest and festival needs
Volunteer Responsibilities May Include
- Event set-up and break-down
- Greeting guests and providing directions
- Supporting vendors, partners, and activity areas
- Assisting with accessibility needs
- Helping with crowd flow and general support
Volunteer Shifts
Volunteers may sign up for:
- Morning set-up
- Mid-day festival support
- Afternoon/closing support
- All-day support (lunch provided)
Final assignments and shift details will be shared prior to the event.
