Opportunity Description:
Join FCCP as we support Medgar Evers College’s annual Spring Fest & Graduates BBQ by providing volunteer support throughout this exciting campus-wide celebration.
We are seeking dedicated volunteers to help welcome guests, support vendors, assist with food service, provide event support, and help create a warm, organized, and engaging experience for students and families.
This is a wonderful opportunity to give back, gain event experience, build community connections, and support youth and higher education.
Volunteer Shifts Available:
• Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Shift 3: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
(Volunteers may select one shift or indicate interest in multiple shifts.)
Volunteer Duties May Include:
- Event set-up and breakdown
- Guest registration and welcome support
- Vendor and tabling assistance
- Food distribution support
- General event support and crowd engagement
