We hold Volunteer Onboarding |Training for volunteers to inform volunteers what to expect, before the event, upon arrival, during the clinic, and after the event. We want Volunteers to be prepared to empower our ESL and Seniors attending the ESL Tax Education Workshops, ESL Tax Literacy Clinics, and Senior Tax Clinics for 2026 tax season. Dragon Tax Lady outreach and education program of LB1 Mobile Tax Assistance and Education Services Foundation provides free tax help with IRS Representation, IRS letters & notices, IRS controversies, and Basic/Simple tax prepation for undeserved communities. We serve seniors and ESL families who often feel overwhelmed by the tax system. Volunteer role—whether greeting guests, translating, or assisting with forms—makes a real difference.
