What this is
A hands-on working lab to build a reusable, on-brand Newsletter Assistant in ChatGPT Plus. You’ll walk out with a system that turns your topics into a publish-ready newsletter—fast, consistent, and aligned with your voice.
We’ll also do a quick Q&A to revisit November’s “Build Your Listing Assistant” and answer implementation questions.
You’ll build
- A newsletter engine: topics → outline → draft → edit → publish
- Prompt packs for market insights, listings, client education, and CTAs
- Brand guardrails so every issue sounds like you
- A repeatable monthly workflow you can delegate

- Upgraded ChatGPT (ChatGPT Plus) login
- Your branding (logo files, hex colors, fonts, tone/voice notes; past issues if any)
