Volunteer Sewing for Mint-2-Be (Blanket making instruction and donation)

This is a free class, but you will be donating what you make. I will provide you with the fabric and thread to make the baby blanket, unless you want to bring your own fabric that you plan to donate. All blankets will be going to Mint-2-Be for their community baby shower. Mint-2-Be helps expecting and new moms in their motherhood journey.

Together we will be making a beginner friendly baby blanket, but you do need to know how to use a sewing machine before you come to this class. You need to know how to sew straight lines.

I have 4 sewing machines that can be used in class, so please select you need a machine. I think 6 is a good number for this class, but I need at least 2 folks to bring their own machine. My shop is located upstairs, inside The District Exchange in Downtown Concord, NC and the elevator may or may not be working.
