About this Event

Fresh Approach is seeking volunteer support at their SPRING IS IN THE AIR: GARDEN and RESOURCE FAIR, on Saturday, March 21st, at the East Palo Alto Community Garden and Bloomhouse, 2555 Pulgas Ave, East Palo Alto.

Note: The event runs from 11 am-2 PM, but volunteer support is requested at various times between 9:30 AM - 3 PM.

Here are the different opportunities to volunteer for "Spring is in the Air: Garden and Resources":

9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

General event set-up, including but not limited to organizing the registration table, setting up the food and drinks, decorations, tables, and chairs, and supporting the workshop/activities stations.

11:15 AM - 1:15 PM

During event activities, including greeting and registering guests as they arrive, managing the drink station (pouring and serving(must be 21+), managing the food tables with the catering staff, trash management, and supporting parking.

1 PM - 3 PM

During event activities, including greeting and registering guests as they arrive, trash management, and supporting parking. General event breakdown, including but not limited to breaking down the registration tables, breakdown activity station, gathering decorations, gathering leftover food and drinks, and taking out trash.
