Volunteer Appreciation Week - Yoga
Join Lauren Hutchison (she/her) for a one-hour online hatha class open to all levels of practice-no experience or special equipment required! Over that hour, we’ll connect with breath, move with intention, and create space to reground our energy.
Lauren holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification through the Yoga Alliance and a Level 1 coaching certification from Rugby Canada. She serves as the Supervisor of Women’s Economic Prosperity at YW Calgary.
Join us for a relaxing Yoga session as part of our Volunteer Appreciation Week! This is a perfect chance to unwind, stretch out, and connect with fellow volunteers in person. Whether you’re a yoga pro or just curious, everyone’s welcome. Come ready to breathe, move, and maybe even make some new friends.
