Join us for a powerful evening celebrating Black history, culture, and the ongoing fight for equality. "Voices of the Past, Power of Today" is an immersive event that invites guests to reflect on the transformative legacies of Black leaders while connecting with like-minded individuals.
The evening will begin with an exclusive opportunity to explore the DuSable Museum's rich exhibits, showcasing the remarkable achievements and contributions of Black communities throughout history. Afterward, enjoy a light reception where you can network, converse, and forge meaningful connections with community members, activists, and leaders.
The night will culminate with a special screening of a thought-provoking documentary that chronicles the life and legacy of one of the most impactful civil rights leaders in history. The film will provide deep insights into the struggles, triumphs, and lasting influence of a trailblazer whose work continues to resonate today.
