Body-Voice-Warmups: Beginning with body movement, breath, sound, and self-awareness exercises to ground and arrive fully.
Voice and Rhythm Playgrounds: Collective Improvisation, Circle Singing, and Intuitive Sound Games
Abstract Mantras and Sound Affirmations: Turning meaningful affirmations into playful vibrations and storytelling through vocal rhythm making and collective pattern building.
Gentle Sound Healing Close: a moment to rest, reflect, or join and hum in stillness.
